Whenever I’m playing ball at this gym I’m going to right now, I keep slipping around everywhere, like I have no traction. Are my shoes old or worn out or something? Anyone know why this is?
It’s possible that the rubber on the soles are dried up and hardened. You could try to condition them with some rubber conditioner to get the tackiness back.
Did you just start going to this gym? Has that always happened with those shoes?
Get some Nikes.
You should just bring a wet rag into the gym and leave it on the side of the court so that you can wipe off your shoes. The floor is probably dusty.
